Cancellation, Refund & Change Policy
This policy explains AgenticOS's pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms, so you understand them clearly before paying. AgenticOS is provided by Gramick House
1.Pricing & plans
Every plan's price is stated clearly in the “Pricing” section on this website. Prices shown exclude VAT (7%), which is added at payment. A free plan is available indefinitely before you commit to a paid one.
2.Billing & payment methods
You are billed per cycle (monthly or yearly) for your chosen plan, via credit/debit card and PromptPay through a certified payment provider. Every payment automatically issues a full tax invoice.
3.Renewal
We notify you to pay as your billing cycle nears its end — there is no automatic card charge; you confirm each payment yourself. If payment is not made within a 7-day grace period after the due date, the plan is automatically moved to the free plan.
4.Mid-cycle upgrades
When you upgrade mid-cycle, only the prorated price difference for the days remaining in the current period is charged, and the new plan takes effect immediately after successful payment.
5.Downgrades & cancellation
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep your current plan until the paid period ends, with no additional charge, and you can cancel a scheduled plan change before it takes effect.
6.Refunds
Recurring fees for a period that has been paid and started are considered delivered and are non-refundable for the used period. Prepaid wallet credit is used to offset actual usage and is not refundable as cash. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days of payment for review and a refund of the incorrectly charged amount only.
7.Price & terms changes
We may adjust prices or service terms, with advance notice by email or in-product. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
